It is said, “What the sea wants, the sea will have.” Images made with water disregard calculated plans of control, asserting their own boundaries and departing from any imposed forms of logic or reason.
This Saturday night, watch Nurhan create a series of watercolor paintings influenced by the early Japanese tradition of ink washes, brush strokes and mark-making. He will use the synchronicity between water and pigment to create landscapes of fauna and florals.
